Shake it to the Max (Fly) remix makes Billboard and Complex lists for 2025

Over the past few weeks, the global hit Shake it to the Max (Fly) remix by Moliy, Silent Addy, Skillibeng and Shenseea has been featured on Best of 2025 song lists by Rolling Stone and Pitchfork magazines.

Earlier this week, the song ranked at #17 on Billboard magazine’s 100 Best Songs of 2025 and #15 on Complex magazine’s 50 Best Songs of 2025 lists.

Disco Neil, who produced the viral hit with Silent Addy, is pleased with the continued recognition for the song. In an interview with Observer Online, Disco Neil said the song’s inclusion on the lists of the respected music and trade publications signals the global impact of Shake it to the Max (Fly) remix.

“It just shows the global impact of the record. We have been able to see it on so many top lists of 2025, these major platforms that have the respect of the industry and we are blessed to be on both their top songs of 2025.

According to Disco Neil, while working on the song, he never envisioned it would reach the heights that it has.

“We are all making these records with the thought of greatness and impacting the world on a major scale so to have a record that has done this across the board is truly a remarkable achievement. It has been a full year of moments from BET Awards to MTV awards to Dancing with The Stars to endless viral moments on social media. We couldn’t ask for much more off one record,” said Disco Neil.

Disco Neil and Silent Addy are currently working on new music.

“We are travelling the world linking up with songwriters and producers and working on new music. So, we have quite a few songs on the way, looking to start 2026 with a new Skillibeng record which we have teased a bit online, but we have some major features in store so definitely keep it locked in to see what we have up next in 2026,” Disco Neil.

Shake it to the Max (Fly) remix which dented multiple global and American charts, has to date been certified gold in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Greece. In France, it has been certified platinum.
